Summary
Join CoreWeave, a leading AI hyperscaler, as their Global Supply Manager - Metals. This critical role oversees the procurement and timely delivery of metal components, primarily racks and rPDUs. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in inventory management in Cloud Data Center or related industry
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including demand planning, inventory management, and production scheduling
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global procurement strategies for racks and rPDUs that align with business goals and operational requirements
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives including RFIs/RFQs, supplier selection, and total cost analysis
- Manage a global supplier base with a focus on quality, on-time delivery, pricing, and service levels
- Conduct regular supplier business reviews and implement supplier development initiatives to ensure continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data Center Operations, Logistics, and Finance teams to align procurement plans with technical requirements, demand forecasts, and project timelines
- Ensure accurate and timely procurement processes including purchase order management, lead time optimization, and exception handling
- Maintain compliance with internal policies, international trade regulations, and ESG standards
- Use data and KPIs to measure procurement performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements
- Maintain accurate procurement records and reports for audit readiness and strategic analysis
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ERP systems (e.g.,Oracle, Netsuite, Kinaxis)
