Supply Manager - Metals & Power

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in inventory management in Cloud Data Center or related industry
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including demand planning, inventory management, and production scheduling
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global procurement strategies for racks and rPDUs that align with business goals and operational requirements
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives including RFIs/RFQs, supplier selection, and total cost analysis
• Manage a global supplier base with a focus on quality, on-time delivery, pricing, and service levels
• Conduct regular supplier business reviews and implement supplier development initiatives to ensure continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data Center Operations, Logistics, and Finance teams to align procurement plans with technical requirements, demand forecasts, and project timelines
• Ensure accurate and timely procurement processes including purchase order management, lead time optimization, and exception handling
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, international trade regulations, and ESG standards
• Use data and KPIs to measure procurement performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reports for audit readiness and strategic analysis

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ERP systems (e.g.,Oracle, Netsuite, Kinaxis)
