Join our client's team as a highly organized and proactive Support Assistant in a fully remote role. You will manage multiple inboxes, prioritize emails, handle unsubscriptions, organize large datasets, and provide general team support. Key responsibilities include monitoring and managing email communications, handling cancellation requests, responding to user queries, and maintaining large datasets. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with email platforms and office tools. Previous administrative experience is a plus, and experience with marketing platforms is highly desirable. The role requires working independently and collaboratively within a team, handling sensitive information with confidentiality.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage multiple email inboxes, ensuring important communications are identified, responded to, and flagged appropriately
- Manage unsubscription requests promptly and accurately
- Handle cancellation requests efficiently and correctly
- Respond to general user queries and provide assistance as needed
- Organize, update, and maintain large datasets with consistency and accuracy
- Support the team with administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks effectively within deadlines
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and security
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in administrative or support roles is a plus
- Experience with marketing platforms such as Bird, Emotive, or similar tools is highly desirable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Proactive problem solver with a strong desire to learn and grow in the role
