  • Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Utilise strong written English skills to craft clear, concise, and accurate responses
  • Manage and resolve customer support tickets efficiently using the Zendesk platform
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience and improve processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an e-commerce or retail business
  • Strong background in email-based customer service
  • Familiarity with working with a New Zealand or Australia-based company, brand, or customer base
  • Familiarity with the Zendesk platform
