Responsibilities

• Set the foundation and future direction of the strategy and analytics function
• Lead key strategic projects addressing both short-term objectives and Business Insider’s long term company goals
• Identify and prioritize initiatives that capture opportunities, address challenges, and position the organization for sustainable long-term growth
• Regularly make recommendations and provide insight on trends based on a deep understanding of the drivers of the business
• Be a trusted partner to the executive team, helping develop and refine our strategies around growth opportunities
• Elevate Insider's performance by taking charge of core KPI tracking across the company

Benefits

• Base Salary: $235,000 - $300,000 (dependent on skills, experience, and competencies)
