This role requires a strong aptitude for both qualitative and quantitative problem-solving and experience with solar photovoltaic systems and monitoring platforms is preferred. A competitive base salary of $20-$22 USD is offered.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and investigate non-reporting and underperforming PV systems, generating cases when necessary
• Utilize Salesforce and monitoring platforms to generate, analyze, and report on system performance data
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to investigate and resolve known production issues
• Validate the resolution of production issues through detailed monitoring checks
• Work closely with vendors and project managers to streamline processes, improving overall efficiency and effectiveness
• Other duties as assigned by leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with solar photovoltaic systems and monitoring platforms
• Familiarity with Salesforce
• Proficiency with Google Workspace
