Systems Support Engineer

Summary

Keeper is hiring a System Support Engineer to join their team in a 100% remote position. The engineer will provide technical support for clients and perform resolution analysis on various technical issues. They must possess excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Required experience includes 5+ years in IT management and System Administration, hands-on experience with Mac OSX, Windows & Linux administration and troubleshooting, setting up and configuring Single Sign On (SSO) environments, Active Directory, advanced knowledge in Firewalls, AD environments, DNS Servers, Authentication protocols, LDAP, and excellent command of Linux Shell and PowerShell. Preferred requirements include a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, ability to adapt, overcome objections, and learn complex solutions, and working knowledge of Python.

Requirements

• Have a customer service mindset and enjoy responding to email, phone, and live chat requests from Keeper customers
• Thrive in a training centric environment helping Keeper’s end users learn their suite of products
• Excel at communication (esp. in technical mindset) and documentations
• Bring a ‘nothing is impossible’ mindset but know when to ask for help from the team
• Have 5+ years’ experience in IT management and System Administration
• Have hands-on experience with Mac OSX, Windows & Linux administration and troubleshooting
• Have experience setting up and configuring Single Sign On (SSO) environments
• Have experience setting up and configuring Active Directory
• Have advanced knowledge in Firewalls, AD environments, DNS Servers, Authentication protocols, LDAP
• Have excellent command of Linux Shell and PowerShell

Responsibilities

• Perform technical support for clients and provide resolution analysis on various technical issues
• Work closely with Keeper’s business customers and must possess the ability to communicate technical information to users with a varying level of technical experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Have ability to adapt, overcome objections, and learn complex solutions
• Have excellent time management and communication skills
• Have working knowledge of Python
