Requirements
- Proven Experience: Experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruiting for tech roles
- Tech Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the tech industry and its unique recruitment challenges, including software development, IT, and digital transformation roles
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Tech Sourcing Skills: Experience using sourcing tools and techniques such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other tech-specific platforms
- Results-Oriented: A track record of successfully filling roles in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational abilities to manage multiple requisitions at various stages
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with cross-functional departments
- Recruitment Tools: Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software (e.g., Workable)
- Diversity & Inclusion: Familiarity with strategies for recruiting a diverse and inclusive workforce, especially within the tech sector
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for tech roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
- Use a variety of channels to source top tech talent, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process
- Act as an ambassador of the company, promoting the organizationβs culture and values to attract the best candidates in the tech space
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs in technical areas
- Utilize data to inform and refine recruiting strategies, including time-to-fill metrics, candidate satisfaction scores, and more
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and legal regulations
