Join Xentral's Talent Acquisition team as a Working Student and support in finding and attracting top talent across various departments. You will gain hands-on experience in sourcing, interviewing, and employer branding within a modern, remote-first company. Support the full recruitment process, from understanding open roles to assisting in interviews and candidate management. Actively source and identify candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, and contact them with personalized messages. Assist in screening and first-round interviews, build candidate pipelines, and contribute to employer branding efforts. Support administrative tasks within the recruiting and people operations team. Requirements
- You’re currently studying (Business) Psychology, HR, Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related field
- You have initial experience in recruiting or HR, ideally including exposure to sourcing and interviewing
- You’re confident using tools like LinkedIn, have a digital mindset, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
- You are communicative, detail-oriented, and proactive
- You are available for 16–20 hours per week and are eager to develop your skills in talent acquisition
Responsibilities
- Support the full recruitment process: from understanding open roles to assisting in interviews and candidate management
- Actively source and identify candidates using platforms like LinkedIn
- Contact candidates with creative, personalized messages to spark interest in Xentral
- Assist in screening and first-round interviews for selected positions
- Help build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Contribute to employer branding efforts that promote Xentral’s culture and values
- Support administrative tasks within the recruiting and people operations team
