Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate or multi-functional environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with professionalism and composure
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and consultative skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of the hiring process
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding
- Consult with department managers to define hiring criteria, develop job descriptions, and set expectations for the recruitment process
- Create and implement efficient, targeted recruiting strategies tailored to individual roles and business needs
- Post job openings, manage advertisements, and create engaging social media content to attract top talent
- Conduct initial resume reviews, screen candidates, and recommend top applicants to hiring managers
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, prepare interview questions, and support hiring teams throughout the selection process
- Participate in candidate interviews with hiring managers and cross-functional partners
- Collaborate during the offer stage to define compensation, incentives, start dates, and onboarding plans
- Ensure all hiring practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal company policies
- Represent the company at career fairs, campus events, and recruitment sessions to build a talent pipeline
Benefits
Pay Range: $61,900.00 - $91,300.00
