Requirements

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience demonstrating the ability to excel in the role
  • Previous experience in coordination or administrative roles, with exposure to recruitment processes preferred
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and system administration, and sourcing tools
  • Attention to detail and time management
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle interview scheduling, ensuring smooth communication between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels
  • Act as the primary administrator of our ATS (Lever), maintaining accurate candidate records and optimizing workflows
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience by keeping candidates engaged and informed throughout the recruitment process
  • Facilitate hiring processes by ensuring compliance with Cognite's hiring policies and standards
  • Proactively source and engage top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean searches, professional networks, and strategic outbound messaging
  • Develop targeted talent pools and build candidate pipelines for technical, sales, and operations roles
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and interest in Cognite opportunities
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor hiring strategies, and salary benchmarks to improve sourcing effectiveness

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in coordination or administrative roles, with exposure to recruitment processes preferred
