This 6-month contract position offers potential for extension or conversion. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for ED&I. Requirements
- +3 years of full-cycle technical & non-technical recruiting experience
- Experience managing a full requisition load with approximately 8-12 requisitions at any given time, varying in level & complexity
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Experience managing multiple high-priority roles with varying levels of complexity
- An ability to learn quickly, adapt, and adjust on the fly as well as curiosity about our industry
- An understanding of various recruitment metrics & the talent landscape to identify opportunities, educate hiring managers, and make informed decisions
- Adherence to talent operations to maintain data accuracy within our ATS
- A growth mindset with the desire to pursue excellence and find ways for continuous improvement within the Talent function as well as continuous self-development
- Passion for applying ED&I learnings to the Talent process to ensure our approach to hiring remains equitable
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate with a partnership mentality. This includes coaching hiring managers that are new to the business and/or new to hiring as well as providing guidance on recruitment strategy & decision-making
- A passion for solving business problems through a people lens and a desire to learn & grow within the field of Talent Acquisition
- Managing ambiguity by taking initiative to problem-solve & find creative solutions as required
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers at all levels to define & lead full-cycle recruitment strategies. This includes creating job descriptions, defining outreach/sourcing plans, building an equitable evaluation process, coordinating & assessing candidates, and conducting offer & negotiation conversations
- Proactively develop an understanding of each department to improve the quality and alignment of recruitment support through business acumen
- Define, design and execute robust sourcing processes to build deep pipelines for active and future roles
- Lead creative and tactical sourcing by utilizing various methods (i.e., networking, referrals, Slack communities, LinkedIn, Facebook, events, user/technical groups, etc.) and taking a proactive approach to building strong talent pipelines
- Conduct initial screens to assess talent against role criteria & business needs, as well as articulating Clariti’s story, vision, and providing a realistic job preview of the role & responsibilities
- Manage candidate and hiring manager expectations to ensure a smooth and positive experience
- Contributing to the development and success of various talent-related projects such as employer branding, ED&I initiatives, employee referral programs, and talent programs
- Maintaining recruitment operations, data accuracy & integrity, and candidate management through our ATS (Greenhouse) effectively
- Support initiatives across the People & Talent team as needed to continue to improve our organizational culture and people experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing candidates & creating pipelines through an Applicant Tracking System (we use Greenhouse!)
- Experience working in a scaling B2B SaaS environment and/or similar environments

- The base salary range for this role is expected to be between $69-90k based on the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications while considering internal pay equity and our broader pay philosophy
