Requirements

  • Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and work ethic when dealing with a high volume
  • Must live in Spain
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • 2+ years of recruiting coordination experience
  • Are extremely organized and proactive with follow-ups
  • Have strong communication and professional writing skills
  • Have a proven track record of success in previous roles/internships
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruiting Coordination

Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews with candidates and interviewers using GoodTime, a scheduling automation system
  • Deliver a remarkable candidate experience
  • Direct incoming recruiting-related communications with recruiter, interviewers and candidates in a timely manner
  • Connect with the team and stakeholders to ensure alignment and process accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

Use of either GoodTime or Greenhouse is a bonus
