Summary

Join Fever, a leading global live-entertainment discovery tech platform, as a Recruitment Specialist and be part of achieving their mission to democratize access to culture and entertainment. Your tasks will include helping the team identify and source high-quality candidates through various channels, supporting managing the full-cycle recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers, providing a world-class candidate experience, communicating feedback effectively to applicants, and helping manage the existing pipeline of candidates.

Requirements

• Possibility to sign an internship agreement with your university
• Some experience, preferably in a fast-growing tech environment or in-house within a similar tech or related industry player
• A degree in Business, Psychology, Law, or similar field
• High English level and Spanish (>C1), other languages are a plus
• It would be great if you have some previous experience working with ATS systems (Greenhouse would be a plus)
• Unsurpassable networking skills and the ability to create smart recruiting partnerships

Responsibilities

• Help the team identify and source high-quality candidates through a variety of channels
• Support managing the full-cycle recruitment process: creating job ads, screening job applications, phone interviews, video screening, candidate testing, conducting interviews, and coordination with the hiring teams
• Work closely with hiring managers in helping them define the recruitment process
• Provide a world-class candidate experience
• Communicate feedback effectively to applicants
• Help manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify future opportunities for growth
