Requirements

  • 4-5 years in full desk recruitment for hyper-scale start-up tech companies preferred
  • 2+ years of GTM recruiting experience, specifically sales
  • Experience in both agency and in-house recruitment

Responsibilities

  • Regularly partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, conduct intake meetings, and prepare for new requisitions
  • Develop sourcing strategies to bring in diverse groups of highly qualified talent
  • Manage hiring funnels in partnership with hiring managers to ensure a smooth candidate experience with thoughtful, interviewer feedback, allowing for confident decision making
  • Being a talent advisor to the hiring teams you support, elevating their ability to interview and hire for top tier talent
  • Providing a world-class experience for prospective employees and internal clients
  • Contributing to team projects and recruitment strategy
  • Managing the closing process collaborating with business partners and hiring managers
  • Ensure ATS (Lever) is up to date and current, allowing for accurate reporting and data integrity
