Summary

The Talent Acquisition Manager role at Binti is to lead the company's talent acquisition operations, implementing best practices for sourcing, interviewing, and DEI initiatives. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition
  • Proven experience building a talent acquisition team
  • Demonstrated success enhancing the talent acquisition capabilities of a high-growth and high-performing early-stage software company
  • Passion for innovation with a focus on providing an amazing experience to both hiring managers and candidates
  • Commitment to holding a high bar for talent
  • Deep knowledge of the external technical talent environment, market trends, competitors, and general talent availability
  • Demonstrated experience and success in recruiting technical profiles - engineers, designers, product managers
  • Commitment to and experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Proven analytical skills/metrics driven
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and oral
  • Strong work ethic; able to work under pressure and juggle multiple responsibilities to meet deadlines and deliver results
  • Experience utilizing recruiting software, e.g. Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) - Binti currently uses JuiceBox and Ashby

Responsibilities

  • Independently lead Binti’s Talent Acquisition operations from end-to-end
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle across multiple departments
  • Utilize sourcing and applicant tracking software to streamline the recruiting process
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs
  • Iterate and innovate on Binti’s recruiting and sourcing strategies
  • Own and improve Binti’s hiring process
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics
  • Build strong relationships across Binti
  • Contribute to Binti branding initiatives
  • Identify and engage external sourcing, contingency, and contract recruiters as needed
