Collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team is key, requiring data analysis to understand channel performance and identify process improvements. Reporting directly to the Director People Germany, this position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the company's talent acquisition strategy. The role is 100% remote within Germany, offering flexible working hours and other benefits.
Requirements
- Sales / Marketing / HR / business-oriented degree, ideally in a fast-paced and international environment
- Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders, negotiate contracts, and optimize processes effectively
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies, campaign execution, and performance tracking to drive recruitment success with highly data-savvy ability to analyze performance metrics (e.g., cost per hire)
- Proficiency in common Office applications or Google Workspace; good knowledge of Excel and creating formulas
- Proactive, solution-oriented work style to navigate complex challenges independently
- Familiarity with the HR/People field and a strong understanding of how to connect marketing strategies with talent acquisition
- Fluency in English (required); German language skills are a strong plus
Responsibilities
- Take the ownership in building, optimizing, monitoring, and scaling up all our recruiting channels for the AUTO1 Group
- Negotiate for new or already existing contracts from external service providers (e.g., job boards, agencies) under the guidance of senior team members
- Monitor and project budget for the Talent Acquisition team group-wide, focusing on OPEX
- Collaborate closely with our local Talent Acquisition team and provide support on the individual channels, potential for adaptation, and derive process improvements
- Understand the impact of each channel by analyzing data performance tracking, while keeping an eye on the exact conversion rates, costs, and our budget
