Summary
Join Pavago's growing team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent globally. This full-time, remote position requires strong communication and organizational skills, experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and proficiency in video conferencing. You will create compelling job postings, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, present top candidates to clients, and support onboarding. Requirements
- Have a background in Business or a related field
- Have previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Possess strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Have experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Be proficient in video conferencing tools for remote interviews
Responsibilities
- Create and distribute compelling job postings that clearly communicate the roleโs requirements and are designed to attract top talent across various platforms
- Actively source and screen applications, conducting initial interviews to identify candidates who meet the job criteria and possess the potential to excel in the role
- Arrange and manage the entire interview process, ensuring that it is well-organized, efficient, and provides a positive experience for both the candidates and the hiring team
- Conduct comprehensive interviews with candidates to assess their skills, cultural fit, and alignment with client needs, providing thorough evaluations to the hiring team
- Present top candidates to clients by highlighting their strengths, qualifications, and how they meet the specific needs of the role and the organization
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and that they are fully equipped and prepared to succeed in their new roles
- Understand the specific needs and goals of clients to effectively attract and recruit candidates who are not only qualified for the role but also align well with the companyโs culture and long-term objectives
- Utilize various recruitment technologies, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), to streamline the recruitment process, manage candidate data efficiently, and enhance overall productivity
- Build and maintain a robust talent pool by actively networking and engaging with potential candidates, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified individuals for current and future roles

- Excel at managing multiple tasks simultaneously, from posting jobs to coordinating interviews, ensuring the recruitment process remains smooth and efficient
- Understand the importance of aligning candidates with client needs, and focus on delivering a seamless experience for both
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and professional interactions with clients, candidates, and team members
- Be comfortable using ATS, video conferencing tools, and other recruitment technologies, making you efficient in a remote work environment
