- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data analysis
- Experience working with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment plans
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop selection criteria
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to facilitate a positive candidate experience
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Utilize recruitment metrics and data to evaluate and improve recruitment strategies and processes
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Assist in other talent acquisition activities and special projects as needed
