Talent Acquisition Partner

Summary

HyperionDev is looking for an experienced Internal Recruiter to identify, engage with, and hire A-player talent as they scale their team. The recruiter will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, managing all stages from sourcing to offer letters, building relationships with hiring managers, and contributing to employer brand promotion.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years recruiting experience in a digital / tech environment
• 1 + years experience in an in-house talent acquisition
• Experience in managing the full recruitment cycle including offer negotiations
• Experience using social networks to source candidates and promote jobs (eg. LinkedIn, Angelist, Slack, job boards)
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle various open positions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a fast-scaling, startup environment
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
