The ideal candidate possesses 2-3+ years of experience in talent acquisition within a relevant environment and proficiency in recruitment tools.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally within a software, product, or automotive IT environment
  • Hands-on expertise in full-cycle recruitment for product and engineering roles, along with some non-technical positions
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms, including Applicant Tracking Systems, technical assessment tools and sourcing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written), with the ability to connect with a variety of stakeholders and candidates
  • Good stakeholder management skills, capable of guiding hiring managers, fostering collaboration and influencing recruitment outcomes
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities, anticipating challenges, addressing bottlenecks and ensuring a smooth recruitment flow
  • High organizational skills, maintaining accuracy and consistency throughout the recruitment process
  • Passion for employer branding and candidate experience, representing the company positively at every touchpoint

Responsibilities

  • Conduct candidate sourcing, screening and interviews, while ensuring a fair and inclusive process
  • Design, optimize, and maintain recruitment processes using data-driven insights and industry best practices
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, align on hiring strategies and establish clear evaluation criteria for interviews and assessments
  • Deliver market insights and talent mapping to refine recruitment strategies, reassess role requirements and address process bottlenecks
  • Act as a candidate relationship manager, providing timely feedback, managing expectations and ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to offer
  • Coordinate offer negotiations, hiring decisions and onboarding preparation by partnering with People Ops, IT and other relevant teams
  • Promote the employer brand through events, partnerships and targeted initiatives, including budget planning for career fairs and tech events
