Summary

Agicap is a European scale-up focused on cash flow management for SMBs and Mid-Market companies. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist intern, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening and coaching them, marketing Agicap, and maintaining an efficient recruitment process.

Requirements

• Full professional proficiency in French and English
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a recruiter, ideally for business roles
• Competitive and driven to achieve goals
• Ready to prospect on Linkedin

Responsibilities

• Sourcing: ensuring a full and sufficient candidate pipeline
• Screening / coaching: interviewing candidates and coach them for the next steps
• Marketing: being an ambassador improving the notoriety of AGICAP
• Operations: maintaining a Fast, Objective and Candidate Centric process of recruitment
