Requirements

  • Professional background: >2 years
  • Start-up / Scale-up / Recruitment agencies
  • Strong experience with using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Job boards
  • Data-Driven and mastering of ATS and Gsheet
  • Strong knowledge of tech ecosystem (positions, market intelligence, key skillsets)
  • Scale up environment is a plus
  • English B2-C1
  • French C2
  • Curious, resourceful, autonomous
  • Analytical and synthetical mind
  • Good communicator
  • Oral and writing fluency

Responsibilities

  • Collecting recruitment needs with TAM and Hiring Managers
  • Writing job offers and approaching emails
  • The publication of job ads on relevant platforms
  • Sourcing candidates (co-optation, recommendation, hunting) and managing applications
  • Managing the schedule of interviews carried out by the TAM (after a training period, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be in charge of phone screening)
