  • Strong understanding of technology and IT roles, including software development, engineering, data science, and related fields
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools, social media platforms, and job boards. Such as Lever, and Get On Board
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Recruiting: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates and proactively source candidates for technical positions, with a focus on quality and diversity globally
  • Pipeline Building: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings across all the areas of Apply Digital
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with the talent team and hiring managers to understand the specific requirements for each role
  • Candidate Management: Provide great candidate experience and able to articulate candidates skills and experience to hiring managers
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, talent pools, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights for talent acquisition strategies
