Requirements

• Formation RH Bac +5 en école spécialisée RH / école de commerce / Fac
• First experience on recruitment subjects (ideally on a consultant population)
• Dynamic, persuasive and does not miss anything
• Great interpersonal skills and ability to adapt discourse to a multitude of interlocutors (candidates, managers, suppliers...)

Responsibilities

• Identify and anticipate recruitment needs on a qualitative and quantitative level, and contribute to the definition of positions and profiles associated with all operational entities
• Ensure the efficiency of our sourcing methods (ads, job boards, etc.)
• Dynamize our cooptation policy and school relations
• Animate the hunt on different platforms for specific positions
• Ensure the efficiency of our candidate process (logistics, welcome, interview evaluation and communication)
• Work on a redesign of our recruitment processes
• Develop our HR communication and employer brand
