Requirements
- 2+ years of agency or in-house recruiting experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tell compelling stories across various channels
- Experience managing content for social media or advertising channels
- Proven understanding of performance metrics and the ability to think logically and creatively to develop solutions and innovative ideas
- Proficiency in using ATS and other HR software
Responsibilities
- Develop Sourcing Strategies: Support our hiring managers by mapping specific geographies, creating prospective candidate shortlists, and delivering market intelligence to inform talent strategies
- Managing Recruitment Processes: Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for specific requisitions as needed
- Vendor Management: Oversee external vendors (e.g., RPO) to ensure effective collaboration
- Talent Acquisition Campaigns: Create and manage campaigns for major hiring initiatives such as new account mobilization, seasonal ramp-ups, and specific talent recruitment drives
- Social Media Management: Develop content, monitor performance, generate reports, and optimize strategies for our social media channels
- Brand Alignment: Ensure that our employer brand and materials align with corporate standards and authentically reflect our company culture
- Co-op Placements: Assist with organizing Co-op & practical work-term placements throughout the division
