Requirements

  • Experience in KYC, fraud detection, or account verification preferred
  • Customer service experience with strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to use multiple tools and systems for account verification
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Deliver the end-to-end recruitment process including; role intakes with hiring teams, posting of job advertisements, strategic sourcing, recruitment interviews, contract and job offer generation, onboarding and hiring updates
  • High volume application review
  • Strategic sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter to building out a solid talent pipeline
  • Providing seamless and timely candidate communication
  • Managing candidates through the selection process up to the onboarding stage
  • Daily management of the ATS Greenhouse ensuring metrics set are upheld
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every stage of the process and foster long-term relationships with past applicants
  • Handle sensitive information, understanding the importance of confidentiality and protecting candidate and company information
  • Collaborate with a wider People & Culture team as needed
