The ideal candidate possesses solid full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in tech or fintech, with a proven ability to source and hire globally. A data-driven mindset, strong communication skills, and adaptability are essential for success in this fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Requirements

  • Solid previous experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in tech or fintech environments
  • Proven ability to source and hire talent across different countries, cultures, and time zones
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and report on recruitment metrics
  • High level of adaptability and a self-starter attitude in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and recruitment tools
  • Previous experience in a fully remote environment, working with global teams, and making impactful hiring decisions
  • Proactive mindset, good organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across a range of roles and departments
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles
  • Proactively source and engage talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other innovative methods
  • Ensure a positive, inclusive, and high-quality candidate experience from application to onboarding
  • Manage applicant tracking systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data for reporting and compliance
  • Champion our diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts by integrating inclusive hiring practices
  • Represent Xapo's values and culture in every candidate interaction
  • Continuously optimize recruitment processes and explore new ways to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
