Talent Acquisition Specialist

Requirements

• 2-5 years of recruiting experience
• You're comfortable with ambiguity and have a problem-solver mindset
• Experience working within an ATS
• Strong verbal and written English skills

Responsibilities

• Review applicants and identify the best talent for hiring managers to screen and interview
• Work closely with business leaders and the Talent team to influence and deliver quality assessment and a high touch experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel
• Schedule candidates throughout the interview process, providing a best in class interview experience
• While not the primary focus, on occasion, you will source and identify passive talent and maintain consistent high-volume, quality, and diverse pipeline
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation within our applicant tracking system (Lever)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience hiring technical talent highly preferred, ideally in a fast-paced environment
