Summary

Formulate and implement sourcing strategies, utilizing all available channels to identify active and passive candidates. Participate in recruiting fairs and events, manage the referral program, and support all recruitment and selection activities. Requirements

• Possession of German or another European language (Romanian, French, Spanish, etc)
• English minimum level B2 as per European language frame
• One year of recruitment experience
• Excellent computer literacy is compulsory (MS Office; excellent browsing skills)
• Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and precision
• Loyalty and ability to work in a team
• Focus on achieving results and meeting deadlines
• Willingness for work in a dynamic sphere with changing environment/priorities

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement Recruiting/Sourcing strategies
• Work through all sourcing channels to find active and passive candidates
• Participate in Recruiting Fairs and Events
• Promote and manage the Referral Program
• Support all activities related to recruitment and selection in order to achieve the department’s goals
• Contact all collected leads and invite to assessment
• Pre-select possible candidates that fit in each program’s profile
• Assess candidates according to the programs’ needs
