Summary

Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, focusing on hiring candidates in India remotely. This crucial role involves sourcing, attracting, and interviewing candidates, ensuring a high-quality pipeline. You will conduct in-depth assessments, implement various interviewing techniques, and collaborate with hiring managers. Maintain accurate records, utilize ATS and HRIS tools, and comply with Indian regulations. Achieve target Ops Validation endorsements and calibrate processes with hiring managers. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to final decision-making.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong understanding of the Indian job market and hiring practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct thorough candidate evaluations
  • Proficiency in using ATS specifically Breezy HR, and Job Boards such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and the like
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations in India
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily in-depth assessments and screenings of all applicants, ensuring a high-quality candidate pipeline for positions within India
  • Implement and apply various interviewing techniques and methods to thoroughly evaluate candidates during in-depth interviews
  • Perform initial screening interviews, identifying potential fits for further evaluation
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to recommend candidates, partnering with relevant stakeholders to offer competitive compensation packages and negotiate with candidates effectively
  • Maintain accurate and concise records and reports on all recruitment phases, utilizing Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS tools, ensuring compliance with local Indian regulations and hiring practices
  • Achieve target Ops Validation endorsements, maintaining high standards and expectations throughout the screening process
  • Regularly calibrate screening and selection processes with Hiring Managers to align with specific account requirements and organizational goals
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to assessment administration and final decision-making

Benefits

  • Employment Type: Contract
  • Duration: 1 year, with the possibility of extension
  • Compensation: Given the full-time support required, the projected monthly income ranges from β‚Ή30,000 to β‚Ή40,000
  • Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, adhering to a night shift to align with US Time Zones (9:30 PM – 6:30 AM IST)
  • Location: Remote (Work from Home)
  • Internet Requirements: A minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps is required, with a LAN connection recommended for optimal performance
