Talent Acquisition Specialist

Summary

Join our People team as a proactive Contact Recruiter, playing a pivotal role in identifying and recruiting top-tier talent for technical software engineering roles. You will source, screen, and engage candidates, build a strong talent pipeline, collaborate with hiring managers, conduct screenings, and ensure a positive candidate experience. This role requires 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical roles, a strong understanding of software engineering, excellent communication skills, and experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter. The position is remote and based in Latin America (Mexico, Argentina, or Brazil), offering a monthly salary up to $2,500 USD. Note that this contract role does not include company-sponsored benefits.

Requirements

• 3+ years proven experience in full cycle recruiting for technical roles, particularly software engineering
• Strong understanding of software engineering concepts, programming languages, and technical skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to engage and influence passive candidates
• Experience using Greenhouse ATS LinkedIn Recruiter
• Fluent in English
• SaaS/tech industry experience
• Experience recruiting in LATAM (Mexico, Argentina, Brazil)

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and engage candidates for various roles, predominantly technical software engineering positions
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and technical skills needed
• Conduct initial phone screenings, assess technical qualifications, and assess cultural fit
• Provide a high level of candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best recruitment practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting for tech companies or startups
• Knowledge of coding languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, etc.) is a plus
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus but not required)
