Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources, preferably in tech or high-growth industries
- Proven success in managing multiple roles and meeting hiring goals in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, with a clear and engaging approach to candidate interaction
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Leading the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, with a focus on identifying high-quality talent that aligns with GoodRec's values and goals
- Proactively sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events
- Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidatesโ fit for both the role and the company culture
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies
- Managing relationships with candidates, providing a positive experience from the initial interaction to the job offer stage
- Using data-driven insights to continuously improve our recruitment process and candidate experience
- Staying current with talent trends and maintaining a network of potential candidates for future roles
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in recruiting for fast-growing startups or high-growth environments is a plus
