Join Ontra, a global leader in AI legal tech, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist! Based in the US (ET or CT preferred), you will be a subject matter expert, partnering with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies in competitive markets. Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting, relationship management, pipeline building, and process improvement. You will leverage various sourcing methods and technologies to attract top talent. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of recruiting experience in a transferable environment, experience with global teams, and tech savviness. Requirements
- Experience : At least 3 years of recruiting experience within a transferable recruiting environment and industry; background hiring a variety of roles within Product and Customer Success a strong plus
- Tech Savvy : Working knowledge of and a desire to learn new recruiting technologies and tools (e.g., Greenhouse or similar ATS, Gem, BrightHire, LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, and GSuite)
- Communication : Ability to effectively connect, engage, and communicate with stakeholders across the business as well as candidates at the most senior levels
- Creative : Ability to think strategically, intuitively solve problems, and adapt quickly to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing needs and priorities
- People Oriented : Excited about a role thatβs all about connecting with others and building relationships throughout the hiring process, as well as partnering effectively with peers and leaders within the broader People team
- Competitive & Goal-Motivated : Driven by deadlines and energized by meeting and exceeding targets; you have a bias toward action and are excited by the opportunity to build something
Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting : Own candidate lifecycle and ensure a smooth, efficient and positive candidate experience from start to finish, including sourcing, screening, hiring team stakeholder management, negotiation, and closing; typical work load is 7-10 reqs from early career to Director-level hiring across three or more departments
- Relationship Management : Act as a partner, consultant, and adviser to our hiring managers by developing and driving recruiting strategies in highly competitive markets; build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand our vision, culture, and business in order to identify and hire talent that will thrive in our environment
- Pipeline Building : Independently drive active and long-term candidate pipeline; utilize sourcing with application review, re-engagement of previous candidates, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, referral campaigns, and other methods to engage and attract top talent; identify creative ways to reach target candidate audiences for your assigned roles
- Continuous Process Improvement: Partner with our Candidate Experience and Talent Programs teams to improve our processes and methods; stay up to date on market trends and candidate attraction strategies to support and inform recruiting strategies as well as contribute to larger projects to drive Talent team outcomes that support business goals

Global Exposure : Experience working on a global, remotely distributed team; familiarity with UK and Hong Kong hiring markets preferred
