Responsibilities

• Manage strategic recruitments from start to finish, including sourcing, interviewing, and following up until hire
• Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews
• Support managers in their hiring needs and anticipate their future requirements
• Perform active market monitoring to prospectively meet talents and build a talent pool
• Create, publish, and manage attractive job postings on various job boards
• Ensure a good candidate experience by following up on applications and providing feedback
• Contribute to the onboarding process for new hires at Sézane
• Participate in various talent-related projects within the Talent department
