Talent Acquisition Specialist & Candidate Experience Coordinator

Summary

Join Reformation as a Talent Acquisition Specialist & Employee Experience Coordinator and play a critical role on the People and Culture team. This highly organized and analytical candidate will take on various responsibilities, including scheduling candidate interviews, overseeing scheduling and coordination, and assisting in development of sourcing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years experience supporting a team of recruiters or sales professionals
• Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PP and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Scheduling candidate interviews for Talent Acquisition partners and hiring managers (phone, video, in-person)
• 60% of the role is primarily overseeing scheduling, coordinating, ad hoc TA administration (i.e., responding to internal TA support requests, creating/sending offers, etc
• Build and maintain relationship with candidates throughout the recruiting process by updating them on candidate status, answering questions and scheduling following discussion
• Assist in development of sourcing strategies including job postings, candidate pipelining and candidate pre-qualification techniques
• Assist recruiters in managing job postings and conduct regular searches on all available job boards
• Update and maintain ATS (applicant tracking system) to include reporting
• Support and manage the Ref’s Internship Program and assist Talent Acquisition team with ad hoc projects
• Manage the on-boarding process from offer letter to new hire onboarding
• HR administrative duties
