Summary

WRS Health is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist for full-cycle recruiting to support its growth and objectives. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding top talent, maintaining a high-quality candidate pipeline, coordinating interviews, managing the ATS, providing an exceptional candidate experience, and onboarding new hires.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and best practices
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Experience in recruiting technical roles such as software development
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling and performing interviews with candidates on a daily basis
  • Participate in regular team meetings to determine recruitment strategies and provide updates
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Onboard new hires in collaboration with the HR team
