Summary

Based in Hungary with remote work options, you will play a key role in supporting the global rollout and continuous improvement of our SmartRecruiters platform. Your responsibilities include process optimization, user training, application monitoring, and the design and implementation of digital HR processes. This position requires a college degree, 3+ years of relevant experience, and strong technical skills. Requirements
- Hold a College or University degree β preferably in the field of Human Resources, Information Science, Business Process Management or Economics
- Possess 3+ years of relevant working experience in global organizations
- Have solid professional experience with HR business processes and knowledge/experience with cloud-based applications, ideally with SmartRecruiters or similar cloud applications
- Demonstrate understanding of Talent Acquisition & Attraction applications
- Possess solid process design and optimization skills
- Have solid MS office skills
- Be fluent in English
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the components of the business environment that he/she is accountable for
- Possess experience and knowledge of related systems, ideally including KOSTAL specifications
- Be able to identify and execute customer and business requirements
- Be able to manage various projects simultaneously, push for advances and manage change processes, including cultural ones
- Exhibit a proactive, credible and integrated personality
- Demonstrate analytical thinking and a self-driven, pro-active work attitude
- Prefer to work in international teams
- Possess consultative, problem solving and communication skills
- Be reliable and responsible for deliverables
- Be accurate and timely
Responsibilities
- Support the roll-out of SmartRecruiters at different locations (process modelling, creating reports, operating interfaces)
- Ensure operation and continuous improvement of our global Talent Acquisition Suite based on SmartRecruiters
- Perform continuous application monitoring and problem analysis and solution as well as application release management
- Analyze, design and implement digital HR processes in the context of our corporate Talent Acquisition Management landscape
- Coordinate and qualify our global HR key user community and foster an active practice sharing and learning transfer
- Continuously strive for an enhanced user experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Possess project management skills
- Have a distinct affinity for IT topics
