Summary

Gocomet is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support various aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, data entry, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, confidence, aptitude, and typing skills, along with basic knowledge in recruitment processes.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in MBA in Human resources or similar fields
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and team members
• Confidence and professionalism when interacting with candidates and stakeholders
• Strong aptitude for learning and willingness to take on new challenges
• Proficiency in typing and data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Initial Screening: Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles
• Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback
• Data Entry: Accurately enter candidate information and update recruitment databases and systems to ensure data integrity
• Assist in Recruitment Process: Support the recruitment team in coordinating interviews, scheduling meetings, and facilitating the overall recruitment process
• Documentation: Assist in maintaining recruitment documentation, including resumes, interview notes, and candidate profiles
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by delivering exceptional service and support at every stage of the recruitment process

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
