Requirements

• Have experience in talent coordination, recruitment operations, or HR support, ideally in a high-growth or fast-paced environment
• Possess exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple schedules and tasks simultaneously
• Have strong communication skills, ensuring clear and timely interactions with candidates and hiring teams
• Be proficient in ATS platforms (such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) and scheduling tools like GoodTime or Calendly
• Have a problem-solving mindset, able to handle last-minute scheduling conflicts and keep things running smoothly
• Have a candidate-first approach, ensuring a positive experience for everyone involved in the hiring process
• Have a keen eye for process improvement, continuously looking for ways to enhance recruitment efficiency
• Have a collaborative and proactive attitude, working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders to drive hiring success

Responsibilities

• Own interview scheduling, coordinating across multiple time zones while ensuring a smooth experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience, acting as the primary point of contact for candidates, keeping them informed, engaged, and supported throughout the hiring process
• Support the Talent Team with administrative tasks, including tracking candidate progress, updating our ATS and ensuring accurate documentation
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline hiring processes, proactively identifying opportunities for greater efficiency
• Manage hiring logistics, including travel arrangements, virtual interview setup, and feedback collection
• Track recruitment metrics and insights, helping the team measure hiring effectiveness and improve workflows
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) by ensuring an inclusive and fair hiring process, from outreach to candidate experience
• Stay ahead of hiring trends and best practices, helping to improve the overall recruitment experience for both candidates and internal teams
