You will support recruiters with scheduling, maintain a positive candidate experience, and demonstrate strong organizational and problem-solving skills. The role requires 1-2 years of relevant experience and familiarity with various tools. Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a related role, such as Recruitment Coordinator, Talent Sourcer, or HR administrator
• Familiar with tools like Zoom, Slack, and Google Suite
• Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with candidates as well as internal stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Support multiple recruiters with scheduling and calendaring of interviews across all stages of the recruitment process
• Partner with the People Team to maintain a consistent and engaging candidate experience
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills, and can manage multiple tasks effectively
• Have excellent time management and strong attention to detail
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus. We use Greenhouse
