Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, HR Assistant, or similar role, preferably in a tech environment
- Familiarity with ATS systems, particularly Greenhouse
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering a great candidate experience
Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize our use of Greenhouse to ensure smooth workflows
- Update job postings, track candidate progress, and ensure data integrity in the system
- Generate reports and dashboards to monitor key recruitment metrics
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams across multiple time zones
- Communicate clearly with candidates to ensure they are well-prepared for interviews
- Manage calendar invites, virtual meeting links, and any other logistics to facilitate a smooth interview process
- Partner with recruiters to source candidates for various roles, focusing on technical and non-technical positions
- Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels to identify potential candidates
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from application through the hiring decision
- Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the process
- Assist with drafting job descriptions and posting roles across various platforms
- Collaborate with People Operations team and hiring managers to support onboarding when needed
- Assist in organizing and participating in recruiting events, job fairs, and other talent acquisition activities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, or other recruiting tools
- Prior experience with scheduling across multiple time zones
- Basic knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting
