Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, HR Assistant, or similar role, preferably in a tech environment
  • Familiarity with ATS systems, particularly Greenhouse
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering a great candidate experience

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize our use of Greenhouse to ensure smooth workflows
  • Update job postings, track candidate progress, and ensure data integrity in the system
  • Generate reports and dashboards to monitor key recruitment metrics
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams across multiple time zones
  • Communicate clearly with candidates to ensure they are well-prepared for interviews
  • Manage calendar invites, virtual meeting links, and any other logistics to facilitate a smooth interview process
  • Partner with recruiters to source candidates for various roles, focusing on technical and non-technical positions
  • Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels to identify potential candidates
  • Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from application through the hiring decision
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the process
  • Assist with drafting job descriptions and posting roles across various platforms
  • Collaborate with People Operations team and hiring managers to support onboarding when needed
  • Assist in organizing and participating in recruiting events, job fairs, and other talent acquisition activities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, or other recruiting tools
  • Prior experience with scheduling across multiple time zones
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting
