Join Scout Motors and be a key player in revolutionizing the electric pick-up truck and rugged SUV market. As a Talent Management leader, you will develop and execute a comprehensive talent management strategy, design and implement talent programs, and build succession pipelines. You will collaborate with the Employee Experience leadership team, Learning & Development team, and key leaders to foster a culture of continuous feedback and development. This remote position, based out of Scout's corporate headquarters (location to be determined), requires occasional travel. Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in talent management, HR business partnering or equivalent experience
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth organization
- A growth mindset
- Proven experience in designing and implementing talent programs at scale
- Expertise in performance management, succession planning and talent processes
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and talent management systems (SAP SuccessFactors or similar system)
- Experience driving strategic initiatives that lead to measurable results
- Strong attention to detail excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence across the organization with executive presence
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and report on large data sets
- Strong collaboration skills and a willingness to partner with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Develop & execute a comprehensive talent management strategy aligned with business goals
- Act as a key member of the Employee Experience leadership team, cultivating a unique and energizing employee experience
- Lead the design and implementation of the talent management annual cycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of continuous feedback & development
- Lead the design and implementation of a robust succession planning program to build succession pipelines and workforce plans to support long-term business continuity
- Partner with the Learning & Development team to identify strategic development opportunities for top-talent
- Establish processes to identify and close gaps in succession planning based on identified metrics
- Track and report key talent metrics to drive data informed decision making
- Build rapport and establish credibility with key leaders to drive effective implementation of talent management processes
- Design, develop and deploy communication and learning strategies to ensure alignment and execution of talent management processes
- Build and establish additional talent management processes as needed for certain employee populations, such as new hires
