Summary
Join Smartsheet as a Talent Management Partner and contribute to a high-performance culture by driving the execution of performance management programs. You will lead the end-to-end project management of talent management programs, provide actionable recommendations on performance management best practices, develop and deliver training and communication plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to continuous improvement of performance management programs. This remote-eligible position requires 3+ years of experience in Talent Management, proven ability to manage complex HR projects, a solid understanding of modern performance management methodologies, and proficient Workday skills.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Management, with a focus on performance management and project execution for a dynamic, global workforce spanning multiple time zones and diverse cultural backgrounds
- Proven ability to independently manage and deliver complex HR projects, demonstrating strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of modern performance management methodologies and best practices, with a track record of successfully implementing solutions that led to measurable improvements in performance
- Proficient Workday skills, essential for optimizing our talent management processes, and demonstrate a strong track record of working collaboratively with People Operations and IT partners to achieve shared objectives
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project management of our talent management programs, inclusive of performance, promotion, and high potential programs, ensuring timely delivery to established timelines and objectives, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks
- Provide actionable recommendations on performance management best practices, ensuring alignment with business needs in partnership with People leadership and relevant project teams
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training and communication plans to support the launch and adoption of performance management initiatives, ensuring clear understanding and buy-in across the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Internal Communications, People Operations, and IT, to implement and optimize performance management processes within Workday
- Contribute to continuous improvement of performance management programs by leveraging reporting, research, and analysis to evaluate the impacts of talent management solutions
