Summary

Join Chainguard, a rapidly growing company in the secure software development and deployment space, as a recruiting leader. You will play a crucial role in optimizing recruiting processes, building and maintaining recruiting dashboards, and developing an AI strategy for recruiting. The position involves designing and implementing innovative recruiting systems, launching high-impact projects, and creating training resources. You will be responsible for storytelling with data, surfacing data-driven insights, and experimenting with new ideas. Responsibilities

  • Co-own and continuously optimize end-to-end recruiting processes to improve speed, quality, efficiency, and consistency of hiring
  • Partner cross-functionally with function leaders to align recruiting operations with company growth goals
  • Create an AI strategy that helps us develop a competitive recruiting advantage
  • Own our recruiting tools stack and ensure our co-workers are using them to their maximum effectiveness
  • Monitor tool performance, adoption, and integration to ensure the tech stack evolves with team needs
  • Storytelling with data: Build and maintain easy-to-read recruiting dashboards to track funnel metrics, hiring KPIs, and pipeline health
  • Surface data-driven insights to influence recruiting strategy and decision-making
  • Launch and manage high-impact projects (e.g., Interviewer training, structured interview processes, competency-based hiring, cohort-based hiring, etc)
  • Teach our team by building training and onboarding resources for new recruiters and hiring managers
  • Organize and ensure ease of discovery for all recruiting documentation
  • Blow our minds with new things we haven’t even thought of
