Summary

Join SentinelOne's Talent Acquisition Operations team as a TA Ops Leader to scale the EMEA and APJ regions. You will manage a team of recruiting coordinators, ensure a positive candidate experience, and streamline recruitment processes globally. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and quality, develop onboarding and training programs, and support regional reporting. Ensure consistent hiring processes and compliance, and lead cross-functional groups and external vendors. This role requires 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations and strong project management skills. Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of experience scoping, leading, and delivering complex programs and projects with experience in a Recruiting, Recruiting Operations, Recruiting Analyst, or Program Manager role
  • You’re an ATS (Greenhouse) superuser: optimizing and customizing functionalities to facilitate efficient recruiting processes
  • You’re able to define and execute a holistic recruiting operations strategy
  • You have a strong understanding of the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle and hiring processes and how to best optimize for efficiency and quality
  • You have strong project and program management skills and experience
  • You’re analytical and have strong problem-solving skills with confidence working with data
  • You’re a capable and confident communicator with the ability to partner and influence across all levels of an organization
  • You’re no stranger to a fast-changing environment, with a “do what it takes” mentality
  • You have experience leading cross-functional groups, as well as external vendors

Responsibilities

  • Leadership: manage a team of recruiting coordinators in various regions, and influence and implement TA processes and improvements
  • Candidate experience: ensure we’re providing the best experience for all candidates from initial outreach to offer acceptance
  • Operations: partner with cross-functional teams and Talent Operations team in North America to help streamline recruitment processes to align globally
  • Enablement: in partnership with our TA Programs and leadership teams develop and scale onboarding and training programs for the talent acquisition team, hiring managers, and interviewers
  • Reporting: partner with TA Systems and Data Analyst to support regional reporting requests
  • Process: ensure a consistent hiring process globally and own aspects of GDPR compliance, audits, and contract generation process
