You will proactively source and engage top-tier candidates across various data disciplines. Requirements
- Extensive sourcing experience, with a proven ability to directly engage top-tier talent in highly competitive markets
- Experience owning end-to-end recruitment processes, ideally for Data Analysts, Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, or AI Researchers
- At least one year of experience working internally for fast-growing, tech-driven companiesโa blend of agency and in-house (or RPO/onsite) experience is ideal
- A deep understanding of the data talent landscape, including the unique skills and attributes that make great data professionals
- A candidate-centric mindset that prioritizes delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers alike
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to listen, iterate quickly, and build trust-based relationships
- Comfort with context-switching, as youโll be recruiting for roles across different data disciplines with varying specializations and skillsets
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach, demonstrating creativity and determination in solving hiring challenges for data talent
- A data-driven mindset, using metrics and insights to continuously improve recruitment strategies and decisions
Responsibilities
- Proactively source and engage exceptional candidates through direct sourcing, building robust referral networks, and fostering deep candidate pipelines
- Design and implement best-in-class interview processes, leveraging data to assess quality of hire, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) by integrating inclusive hiring practices into every stage of the recruitment process, from outreach messaging to building diverse talent pipelines
- Stay ahead of recruitment trends and tools, using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and innovative sourcing techniques (e.g., x-ray searching, community engagement, and events) to enhance recruitment outcomes
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deeply understand the needs of data teams and provide strategic guidance on hiring
Preferred Qualifications
TA toolkit: Experience with Greenhouse, Metaview, Otta, LinkedIn Recruiter, Notion, and G-Suite is a plus. If youโve worked with other advanced sourcing tools, thatโs a big plus too!
