Requirements

• Have at least 4+ years in full-cycle recruiting in tech-heavy environments, where you showcase your ability to assess candidates for a match with company’s values and desired behaviours
• Understand that recruitment is a sale and actively follow this
• Possess excellent communication skills with an outgoing personality
• Be always on the lookout for better solutions and improvements
• Be comfortable with complex technical requirements and recruitment automation tools
• Have high attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Have at least an Upper-intermediate level of English

• Find and hire the best professionals worldwide
• Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies tailored to our needs
• Identify top talent, review resumes, and pre-screen candidates efficiently
• Convey Playson’s culture and values compellingly to potential hires
• Foster long-term connections with hiring managers and stakeholders, guiding them on best practices
• Track recruitment metrics and continuously suggest enhancements to our processes
