Summary

Join Planet's Talent Team as a temporary Talent Partner to manage the full life cycle of the talent acquisition process. You will source, screen, and cultivate a diverse candidate pool, guiding them through the hiring process. This role requires 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, using Greenhouse, and hiring for high-growth technology companies. You will partner with hiring managers and maintain adaptability under pressure. The position is full-time, remote in the US (with an expectation of working from an office 3 days a week if nearby), and is expected to last 6 months. Requirements

  • 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
  • Experience using Greenhouse to manage the full talent lifecycle from application to offer
  • Experience hiring for high-growth and/or a technology company
  • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions at a time
  • Ability to partner with Hiring Managers and People Business Partners to lead the Talent Acquisition process for active open positions
  • Ability to maintain adaptability, composure, and enthusiasm under pressure
  • Ability to authentically connect with people from all backgrounds and experience levels
  • Experience handling highly-sensitive, confidential company information
  • Exposure to outbound sourcing
  • Excellent communication, including asynchronous, interpersonal, and written

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full life cycle of the Talent Acquisition process from specification through the employment offer
  • Present a qualified and diverse candidate pool, guiding them through the process, leading to a hiring decision
  • Source, screen, cultivate, and close, never losing sight of the humanity needed to develop genuine relationships with diverse pools of talent
  • Capability to focus on speed, quality and experience with those whom you’d partner with internally and externally
  • Facilitate pre-interview briefings and post-interview feedback debriefs to ensure we are aligning from start to finish and checking our biases
  • Ability to learn and utilize the full functionality of our Talent Acquisition tech stack, ensuring the integrity of all data

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience educating hiring managers and teams on the Talent Acquisition process
  • In-house Talent Acquisition experience at an agile, data-driven technology company
  • Experience with outbound sourcing strategies
  • Experience hiring for an aerospace, data, and/or software company
