Summary

Join EvenUp, a rapidly growing AI-powered legal tech company, as a GTM Talent Partner to play a critical role in scaling our Go-to-Market team. This contract role involves full-cycle recruiting for sales, marketing, and customer success roles, partnering with hiring managers to develop and execute hiring strategies. You will source, assess, and onboard top-tier GTM talent, acting as a talent advisor and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate possesses proven experience in GTM recruiting within a fast-paced startup, strong execution skills under pressure, and deep knowledge of GTM recruiting fundamentals. This is a 3-month contract role, fully remote or based in our SF office.

Requirements

  • Proven experience running full-cycle GTM recruiting (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong ability to execute under pressure β€” you keep your cool and deliver when urgency is high
  • Deep knowledge of GTM recruiting fundamentals, structured hiring, and competency-based interviewing
  • Collaborative and adaptable β€” you partner well with others and thrive in environments with ambiguity
  • Excellent communicator β€” clear, persuasive, and thoughtful with candidates and stakeholders alike
  • A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and urgency to deliver results that move the business forward

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for high-impact GTM roles across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Partner closely with hiring managers, department heads, and execs to align on hiring strategy and move fast
  • Source, engage, assess, offer, and close world-class GTM talent for high-priority, hard-to-fill roles
  • Serve as a talent advisor β€” sharing market insights, raising the bar on hiring quality, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
  • Build strong candidate pipelines using creative sourcing strategies tailored to competitive GTM markets
  • Be a role model for recruiting best practices and help strengthen our overall talent function
