Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in high-volume talent acquisition, with a focus on sales or GTM roles
  • Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proactive communicator and thoughtful problem-solver
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem)

Responsibilities

  • Source and attract top sales talent, with a focus on high-growth SaaS environments
  • Partner directly with sales leaders to understand role requirements and define sourcing strategy
  • Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter , Gem , and job boards to build and manage diverse candidate pipelines
  • Research talent hotspots (companies, markets, and communities) to identify top performers and centers of excellence
  • Craft compelling outreach messaging and deliver a high-touch candidate experience
  • Maintain up-to-date records in our ATS (Greenhouse) and support scheduling, follow-ups, and reporting
  • Be a culture ambassador by ensuring alignment with SmartAsset’s values and hiring standards
